Zusammenfassung:Provided is a mechanical rod grabbing mechanism. The mechanical rod grabbing mechanism comprises fixtures, a rotary shaft, a drilling rod, fixed bayonet devices, power cylinders and moving bayonet devices. One end of the rotary shaft is provided with a driving connecting rod device in a connecting mode. A shaft body of the rotary shaft is connected with the fixtures in a fixed connecting mode. The fixtures comprise the fixed bayonet devices, the power cylinders and the moving bayonet devices. One end of each fixture is fixedly connected with the rotary shaft. The other end of each fixture is provided with a bayonet used for grabbing the drilling rod. Particularly, the upper portion of each fixture is provided with the corresponding fixed bayonet device, the lower portion of each fixture is provided with the corresponding moving bayonet device, and the middle of each fixture is provided with the corresponding power cylinder. The power cylinders can be hydraulic-driving hydraulic cylinders, or pneumatic-driving pneumatic cylinders. According to the fixtures, the hydraulic cylinders or the pneumatic cylinders are utilized as a source for power, the fixed bayonet devices and the moving bayonet devices are utilized for clamping the drilling rod, the rotary shaft is used for fixedly connecting the two fixtures, and the rotary shaft can rotate together with the two fixtures. The mechanical rod grabbing mechanism has the advantages that the whole structure is simple, the operation and the utilization are convenient, the stability is good, and the reliability is high.
