The lamination support comprises a support body and an outer protective layer, wherein the support body is coated with the outer protective layer. The support body comprises an upper sealing board layer, a middle layer and a lower sealing board layer. The middle layer comprises at least two rubber layers and at least one bamboo and plastic composite board layer, wherein the horizontal sections of the rubber layers are the same in shape and size and the rubber layers are sequentially laminated and fixed alternately. The thickness of the upper sealing board layer and the thickness of the lower sealing board layer are larger than the thickness of the rubber layers and the thickness of the bamboo and plastic composite board layers. The upper end faces of the upper sealing board layer and the middle layer are laminated and fixed. The lower end faces of the lower sealing board layer and the middle layer are laminated and fixed.
