A first connecting unit and a second connecting unit of the lifting mechanism are the same in structure and are both characterized in that a bearing pedestal is installed on a trolley base, a shaft sleeve is sleeved with a deep groove ball bearing which is installed on the bearing pedestal, a key groove is formed in the shaft sleeve, the shaft sleeve is in key connection with a chain wheel, the chain wheel is connected with the output end of a variable-frequency motor through a chain, an eccentric roller shaft installation hole is formed one end of the shaft sleeve, a rotating shaft installation hole is formed in the other end of the shaft sleeve, the center line of the roller shaft installation hole is parallel with the center line of the rotating shaft installation hole, a roller shaft comprises an extending end and a connecting end, the connecting end is fixed in the roller shaft installation hole, a roller is installed on the extending end, a transverse groove is formed in a connecting plate, and the roller is embedded in the groove and is in close clearance fit with the upper surface and the lower surface of the groove. By the combination of eccentric wheel transmission and variable-frequency motor drive, the stability of the lifting mechanism and the reliability of the machine tool can be greatly improved, and therefore the overall quality of the machine tool can be improved.
