Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a flue gas circulation treatment and purification device of a cold heading forming machine. The flue gas circulation treatment and purification device comprises an engine cover A, an engine cover B, an oil filter screen and an adsorption purifier, wherein the engine cover A is stepped, the inner side of the engine cover A is also provided with a cooling cylinder which is concentrically arranged, the bottom of the engine cover A is connected with the top of the engine cover B, the oil filter screen is fixed at a joint position, an oil cup is connected at the bottom of the oil filter screen, one end of the adsorption purifier is communicated with the engine cover A at the top of the engine cover A through a flange, and the other end of the adsorption purifier is communicated with the engine cover B at the outer wall of the lower step part through a connecting pipe; and a fan is arranged at one end of the connecting pipe close to the engine cover B, and exhaust air of the fan faces towards the internal space of the engine cover B. The device is simple in structure and easy to manufacture, and utilizes an auxiliary wind power device to achieve reciprocating circulation of flue gas in the device, so as to carry out combined purification treatment of circulating adsorption, cooling, condensation, collection and the like for oil flue gas released by equipment continuously, so that the pollution of flue gas produced by equipment operation to the environment is effectively reduced.
