Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses an automatic constant-temperature piglet fur scalding water tank which comprises a water tank body. Movable hooks are arranged above the water tank body. Temperature sensors, an air blowing pipe and a steam heating pipe are further arranged in the water tank body. The air blowing pipe is communicated with an air blower. The steam heating pipe is communicated with a steam input pipe through a steam flow control valve. The steam input pipe and the steam heating pipe are both fixedly connected to a valve body of the steam flow control valve. A control valve element is further screwed to the valve body. The valve body is provided with a servo motor through a valve seat. An output shaft of the servo motor is fixedly connected with a rotary tenon which is inserted in a mortise of the control valve element. The position of the control valve element on the valve body corresponds to the positions of the steam input pipe and the steam heating pipe. The servo motor, the temperature sensors and a motor of the air blower are all electrically connected with a controller. The automatic constant-temperature piglet fur scalding water tank has the advantages that the temperature of water in the water tank can be automatically adjusted and controlled, the structure is reasonable, and the water temperature is balanced and stable. |
