The highly-stable quartz crystal resonator is characterized in that the pedestal is provided three cavities which are isolated from each other; conducting resin coating areas are arranged in the cavities; the quartz wafer, a thermistor and a pressure-sensitive capacitor are respectively placed in the three cavities and are in conduction with the conducting resin coating areas through conducting resin. The highly-stable quartz crystal resonator of the utility model employs the thermistor to carry out compensation on concussion signals, utilizes the built-in pressure-sensitive capacitor to reduce external capacitor size deviation and reduces influences on frequency by load capacitances and stray capacitances among circuit boards, so that development of the quartz crystal resonator towards miniaturization and high stability is facilitated.
