Smoke dust collecting device for cement production equipment

A smoke dust collecting device for cement production equipment comprises a smoke collecting chamber, a filtering radiator, a bag type dust collecting box and a dust collecting fan. The dust collecting chamber, the filtering radiator, the bag type dust collecting box and the dust collecting fan are connected in series through a pipeline in sequence. The dust collecting chamber is connected with the tail portion of a rotary kiln through a pipeline. A plurality of fire barrier walls with smoke through holes are arranged in the dust collecting chamber. The fire barrier walls divide the space in the dust collecting chamber into independent collecting cavities. A discharging hopper is arranged on the lower portion of the dust collecting chamber corresponding to each collecting cavity. Ash storing hoppers are arranged on the lower portions of the filtering radiator and the bag type dust collecting box respectively. Conveying augers for receiving and conveying recycled ash materials are arranged below discharging openings of the discharging hoppers and discharging openings of the ash storing hoppers. According to the device, the smoke collecting chamber is arranged at the tail portion of the rotary kiln, the smoke collecting chamber is connected with dust removing equipment through a discharging pipeline in sequence, dust collecting effect is improved, and ash materials in smoke are well recycled.
