A first water conveying pipe is arranged on one side face of the water storage tank, a second water conveying pipe is arranged on one side face of the heat preservation box, an S-shaped coil pipe is arranged on the surface of the sintering machine flue, a water outlet pipe opening of the first water conveying pipe is connected with a lower pipe opening of the S-shaped coil pipe, a water inlet pipe opening of the second water conveying pipe is connected with an upper pipe opening of the S-shaped coil pipe, a first temperature sensor is arranged on the part, close to the lower end, of a pipe body of the S-shaped coil pipe, a second temperature sensor is arranged on the part, close to the upper end, of the pipe body of the S-shaped coil pipe, the cross section of the S-shaped coil pipe is formed by a right-angle frame edge on one side and a semicircular edge on the outer side in a butt joint mode, the outer side face of the right-angle frame edge is connected with the surface of the S-shaped coil pipe in an abutting mode, a groove part is formed in the outer side face connected with the surface of the S-shaped coil pipe in the abutting mode, and a heat preservation layer is arranged on the outer surface of the semicircular edge.
