The laser lighting source comprises six or more blue laser diodes; the wavelength of each blue laser diode is 450 nm; the output end of each blue laser diode is butted with the input end of a corresponding optical fiber through a corresponding lens; the output end of each optical fiber is butted with the input end of the corresponding optical waveguide arranged on a quartz baseplate optical waveguide chip; the quartz baseplate optical waveguide chip comprises six or more optical waveguides, and gathers light paths at a light emergent end; the light emergent end of the quartz baseplate optical waveguide chip directly faces a prism coated with yellow phosphor powder; the prism converts linear emergent light into uniformly diffused white light; the divergence angle of the uniformly diffused white light is 40 degrees; each blue laser diode, each optical fiber, the quartz baseplate optical waveguide chip and the prism are fixedly encapsulated into a whole through gel; the light output surface of the prism is arranged outside the gel.
