The oil and gas temperature and pressure adjusting equipment comprises a first hot water heat-tracing barrel, a second hot water heat-tracing barrel, a third hot water heat-tracing barrel, a fourth hot water heat-tracing barrel, a first oil and gas pipeline, a second oil and gas pipeline, a third oil and gas pipeline and a fourth oil and gas pipeline, wherein the first hot water heat-tracing barrel, the second hot water heat-tracing barrel, the third hot water heat-tracing barrel and the fourth hot water heat-tracing barrel are provided with sealed inner cavities, and the first oil and gas pipeline, the second oil and gas pipeline, the third oil and gas pipeline and the fourth oil and gas pipeline are correspondingly arranged in the inner cavities. A first adjusting angle valve is arranged between the first oil and gas pipeline and the second oil and gas pipeline, and a second adjusting angle valve is arranged between the third oil and gas pipeline and the fourth oil and gas pipeline.
