The structure is characterized in that the sleeve is arranged on the position, corresponding to the rotating wheel, below the main shaft, an inner ring of the sleeve is provided with the detachable supporting table, the flange plate is arranged on the main shaft, the end face of the lower end of the flange plate is provided with a positioning pin matched with the flange plate and the matched positioning pin hole. The assembling and disassembling screw is arranged on the end face of the lower end of the flange plate. The lower end of the assembling and disassembling screw is provided with the detachable nut.
