A residue recovery unit is arranged below the residue recovery opening. Compared with the prior art, residues can be synchronously removed through the protective device in the cutting process, a protective cover does not need to be regularly removed by a constructor, work efficiency is improved, it is guaranteed that the surroundings are clean and tidy, and the residues are prevented from being secondarily splashed to hurt the constructor.
