The rotary clamping base comprises a base body connected with a working table of the machining center, a rotary base body is arranged on the base body and provided with a pair of V-shaped bases used for fixing the workpiece, at least one locking hole is formed in the rotary base body, a circle of round positioning holes matched with the locking holes are formed in the base body with the 10-degree central angle or the 15-degree central angle as the interval, and the rotary base body and the base body are locked through positioning pins penetrating through the locking holes and the corresponding positioning holes.
