The stator core is provided with coil inserting slots; the stator coil includes a linear part and an end part, the end part of the stator coil is provided with an end hoop and a binding rope; and the stator coil cushion blocks include a slot mouth cushion block and an end part bevel edge cushion block, an outer ring of the linear part of the stator coil is wrapped by a low-resistance tape in an overlapped manner, an outer ring of the end part of the stator coil is internally and externally wrapped by a thermal contraction type intermediate-resistance tape and a thermal contraction high-resistance tape respectively in an overlapped manner, the end part bevel edge cushion block is arranged between two adjacent in-phase stator coil end parts, and insulating felt is arranged between two adjacent out-phase stator coil end parts.
