Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a downhole-used high temperature lithium battery controller, which comprises a current acquisition unit, a battery switching unit, a battery voltage acquisition unit, a controller power supply unit, and a controller main control unit, wherein the current acquisition unit adopts a current acquisition chip to acquire and store working current of an entire tool string; the battery switching unit is composed of two stages of high power MOS transistors IRF220 and IRF9220, and small-voltage (5V) level is used for controlling switching of high voltage (battery voltage 28V); the battery voltage acquisition unit adopts a 12-bit AD converter in a main control single chip microcomputer for realizing voltage acquisition on two batteries; the controller power supply unit is independent from power supply of the entire tool string, a dual-battery parallel structure is adopted for together providing power for the controller, and guarantee is provided for continuous downhole power supply by the controller; and the controller main control unit is formed by a main control single chip microcomputer minimal system and a memory. The downhole-used high temperature lithium battery controller has the advantages that power consumption and residual of one battery can be estimated through integrating acquired original data, and intelligent switching between dual batteries can be realized when the use threshold set by the battery arrives. |
