The twisting positioning device is characterized in that a center rotation shaft is disposed on a stranding machine set; two to six wire dividing plates are sequentially disposed on the center rotation shaft. Wire passing group molds are disposed on one side of the stranding machine; one group of wire dividing plates nearest to the wire passing group molds is provided with one group of corresponding installation positioning mechanisms corresponding to the wire passing group molds. During use, special-shaped transition guide wheel assemblies and adjusting tightening devices are disposed on the wire dividing plates to correct a single wire and eliminate stress; four wire dividing plates are provided with flexible wire passing group molds which are uniformly distributed, and are provided with the installation positioning mechanisms corresponding to the wire dividing plate wire passing molds, and thus the angle of wires of different specifications and the tightness degree of the contact surface of special-shaped wires and a module can be adjusted. Therefore, the effect of angle positioning of the special-shaped wires is achieved. Upon use, the special-shaped conductor positioning device uses an special-shaped conductor; the filling coefficient reaches 96% to 98%; no tight pressing is needed, and thus the phenomena pulling and hardening are prevented; in production of cables with the same specification and the same performance, the outer diameter is reduced by 15% and the weight is reduced by 10% or more, and thus goals of stable structure, energy conservation, power consumption reduction, convenient construction and the like are attained.
