Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a closed-type aluminium-alloy conductor oil-submersible cable, and the cable comprises an insulating layer and an armored layer. The cable is characterized in that an inner side of the insulating layer is provided with an aluminium alloy conductor; and a closed-type nitrile rubber sheath is disposed between the insulating layer and the armored layer. The cable not only can meet the requirements of electrical and physical properties of a conductor, but also can solve an application problem of nonferrous metals. Moreover, the cable is simple in manufacture technology, and is lower in production cost. The cable provided by the utility model is lighter and more flexible under the condition that the conductive performance of the cable is equivalent to the conductive performance of a copper cable. Meanwhile, the cable completely irons out the defects that a conventional pure aluminum cable is poor in mechanical strength and poor in anti-fatigue capability and an accident is liable to happen at a joint. In addition, the cable also irons out a defect that a conventional copper cable has a memory effect and high rebound performance, reduces the wire loss, and saves energy. The cable employs a nitrile rubber sheath closed-type structure, and the sheath is filled well. The internal structure of the cable has no gap, thereby greatly improving the performances of resistance to voltage and gas. |
