Zusammenfassung: | A digital signal processor (DSP)-based laser measuring instrument for measuring the pipe length of a petroleum pipeline comprises a DSP, a pulse laser measurement module, a button module, a display module, a serial port communication module and a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) module. The button module sends input signals to the DSP. The pulse laser measurement module carries out real-time on-site measurement and acquisition of the length of the petroleum pipeline according to signals sent by the DSP. The display module timely displays measurement and acquisition signals processed by the DSP on a screen. The serial port communication module sends signals acquired and processed by the DSP to a host computer. In addition, the measurement and acquisition signals processed by the DSP are uploaded to a service center through the GPRS module. The beneficial effects are that automatic measurement of the instrument is achieved, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the production cost is lowered, and the economic benefit is increased. |
