Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a device for monitoring combustible gases in a coal pulverizing system to prevent the coal pulverizing system from exploding. The device comprises a sampling probe, an air and pulverized coal mixture pipe wall, a heat tracing pipe, a first filtering condenser, a blowing and sweeping valve, a high-pressure blowing and sweeping air source, a first condensed water valve, a gas suction valve, a gas suction pump, a second filtering condenser, a second condensed water valve, a flue gas analysis unit, an air release regulating valve and an air release pipe. Because the combustible gases in the coal pulverizing system need to be monitored continuously, and the air and pulverized coal mixture in a coal pulverizing pipe has the characteristics of high concentration of pulverized coal and high humidity, the sampling device is blocked easily, and the continuous reliable monitoring of the combustible gases in the coal pulverizing system is affected. The sampling probe is in a venturi structure so that speed of the pulverized coal can be increased continuously before the pulverized coal containing gas flow reaches a throat, and after the pulverized coal containing gas leaves the throat, the pulverized coal particles are separated from the surface of the wall under the action of inertia, thus the gas entering an annular hollow sampling cavity is clean relatively, and the sampling device can be prevented from being blocked. Even if the resistance of the sampling pipe increases, the high-pressure blowing and sweeping air source can be used for blowing and sweeping, and the combustible gases can be monitored continuously and reliably. The device disclosed by the utility model can be further used for sampling and monitoring other dust-containing gases. |
