The rails are arranged on the fixed frame, the moving frame is provided with at least one pair of wheels and arranged on the rails movably through the wheels, one of the wheels is a power output wheel, the brush shaft is rotatably arranged on the moving frame and parallelly arranged relative to the rails, the cleaning brush is arranged on the brush shaft, the driving mechanism is connected to the moving frame and drives the moving frame to move along the rails, and the steering transmission mechanism is arranged between the power output wheel and the brush shaft so as to drive the brush shaft to rotate when the power output wheel rolls along the rails.
