Crude oil heating furnace

A crude oil heating furnace comprises a furnace body. A heat exchange device, a combustion device and a fuel gas pre-heating device are arranged in the furnace body. The combustion device is composed of a combustion chamber and a smoke chamber. A fire hole is formed in one end of the combustion chamber, and an outlet is formed in the other end of the combustion chamber. Multiple smoke pipes are arranged in the combustion chamber and connected with the smoke chamber arranged on the outlet. A flow disturbing device is arranged in each smoke pipe and comprises a sheet structure body, multiple slots are formed in each body to form multiple fins, and the fins incline towards two sides and are arranged in a staggered mode according to the inclination direction. According to the crude oil heating furnace, the flow disturbing devices are arranged in the smoke pipes, the heat emission coefficient can be increased greatly, the utilization rate of the crude oil heating furnace can be improved, and heating efficiency can be improved.
