A microscope (2) is installed on an L-shaped crosspiece of a faucet (1) and arranged vertically, a displayer (2.1) is installed at the top eyepiece end of the microscope (2) , a liquid storage tank (3) is installed on the L-shaped crosspiece of the faucet (1), a liquid discharging pipe (3.1) is vertically arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage tank (3) downwards and provided with a liquid discharging solenoid valve (3.2), a liquid discharging infrared sensor (3.3) with one face downward is arranged on the L-shaped crosspiece of the faucet (1), and the liquid discharging solenoid valve (3.2) and the liquid discharging infrared sensor (3.3) are connected with a processing unit (4). The visual auto-induction hand-washing device can observe germs attached to the hands and obtain hand-washing liquid automatically in the hand-washing process.
