A left rotary shaft (25) and a right rotary shaft (9) are installed on the valve body (6). The right rotary shaft (9) is connected with an output shaft of a reduction gearbox (12), the reduction gearbox (12) is connected with a motor (10), the portions, located in a valve cavity (18), of the right rotary shaft (9) and the left rotary shaft (25) are connected with a spherical valve element (5), a U-shaped or V-shaped groove (4) is formed in the spherical valve element (5), an inlet sealing ring spring device (2), an inlet sealing ring (3), an outlet sealing ring spring device (16) and an outlet sealing ring (21) which are all matched with the spherical valve element (5) are arranged in the portions, located on the feed port and the discharge port of the valve body (6), in the valve cavity (18), and all the parts jointly form the automatic feeding or discharging valve.
