Positioning bodies are fixed to the left ends of the center shafts, torsion springs are arranged between the positioning bodies and the eccentric shafts in a sleeving mode, the edges of the right ends of the abrasion-relieving inner sleeves are bent outwards to form strengthening edges in contact with the right end faces of the eccentric shafts, the edges of the right ends of the eccentric shafts are bent outwards to form clamping edges, and damping gaskets are arranged between the strengthening edges and the clamping edges. The bearing rings comprise outer rings, inner rings, balls and holding frames. Strengthening protruding rings in a sawtooth shape are formed on the outer walls of the left ends and the outer walls of the right ends of the outer rings, and strengthening grooves matched with the strengthening protruding rings are formed in the inner walls of the outer sleeves.
