An integrated valve bank, a manual and hydraulic change-over valve I, a transition plate component, a manual and hydraulic change-over valve II and a brake control valve are severally independent and are sequentially bolted together through bolts and sealed through an O-shaped ring of the end face; the transition plate component is arranged between the manual/hydraulic change-over valve I and the manual and hydraulic change-over valve II to enable a high pressure oil opening O of the manual and hydraulic change-over valve I to be communicated with a high pressure oil opening P of the manual and hydraulic change-over valve II, and meanwhile enable a low pressure oil outlet of the manual and hydraulic change-over valve I to be communicated with a low pressure oil inlet of the manual and hydraulic change-over valve II; the structure of the manual and hydraulic change-over valve II is identical to the structure of the manual and hydraulic change-over valve I, and the manual and hydraulic change-over valve II and the manual and hydraulic change-over valve I are interchangeable.
