Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a test platform for delivery vibration simulation of an axial flow fan. The test platform comprises a base plate and a bracket, wherein the bracket has a rectangular frame structure and is vertically fixed and mounted on the base plate; a triangular baffle is arranged at each of the four corners of the rectangular frame structure; a positioning hole used for mounting the axial flow fan is formed on the middle part of each baffle. The test platform has the advantages that the base plate and the bracket with the structures similar to the mounting state of an air conditioning unit are arranged; a to-be-tested axial flow fan is mounted on the bracket and is tested; during a power-on running process of the axial flow fan, vibration acceleration values of the test points, such as, a vibration tester measuring bracket, a mounting plate for the axial flow fan, a motor supporting leg for the axial flow fan, a rear motor cover, and the like, are used for judging if the vibration acceleration value is out of tolerance; the fan with the vibration acceleration being out of tolerance is controlled in a delivery test stage and is timely repaired; the once assembling percent of pass is increased. |
