Optically controlled scramming device of belt conveyor

An optically controlled scramming device of a belt conveyor comprises a belt conveyor control switch (1), a belt conveyor comprehensive protection device (2) and a belt conveyor conveying scram protection system. The belt conveyor conveying scram protection system is composed of a laser transmitter (8), a photosensitive sensor (5) and a photosensitive control module (3). The laser transmitter (8) is mounted at the tail of the belt conveyor, the photosensitive sensor (5) is mounted at a machine head, a light ray transmitting portion of the laser transmitter (8) directly faces a light ray receiving portion of the photosensitive sensor (5), the photosensitive sensor (5) is in electrical signal connection with the photosensitive control module (3), the photosensitive control module (3) is in electrical signal connection with the belt conveyor comprehensive protection device (2), and the belt conveyor comprehensive protection device (2) is in electrical signal connection with the belt conveyor control switch (1). Compared with the prior art, the optically controlled scramming device of the belt conveyor saves materials and time and is efficient in operation.
