Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a wavy submersed nozzle in the field of continuous casting equipment. The problem that flow deviation of molten steel in a nozzle with the equal diameter can not be adjusted in the prior art is solved. The wavy submersed nozzle comprises a tubular nozzle body. Molten steel passes the tubular nozzle body and enters a crystallizer from a side molten steel opening above the bottom. An inner wall with a wavy section is arranged at the lower portion of the tubular nozzle body and above the side molten steel opening. Wave peaks of the wavy inner wall are flush with the inner wall at the upper portion of the tubular nozzle body. The perpendicular distance from each wave peak to the corresponding wave trough ranges from 5 mm to 15 mm, the distance between every two adjacent wave peaks ranges from 20 mm to 50 mm, and the height of the wavy inner wall ranges from 100 mm to 200 mm. By the adoption of the wavy submersed nozzle, a path of the molten steel flow flowing directly downwards along the inner wall originally is changed, the molten steel flow speed can be reduced, liquid level fluctuation in the crystallizer is reduced, molten steel flow is mixed in the nozzle, and the effect that flow deviation is reduced and even eliminated is achieved. |
