Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses an Ethernet switch which comprises a switch main board and a plurality of PHY interface boards connected to the switch main board through MIIM management buses. The MIIM management buses are provided with isolation devices for carrying out on/off switching on the connection state of the switch main board and the corresponding PHY interface boards on branch lines connected to the PHY interface boards respectively. One purpose of the Ethernet switch is simulating the management bus state obtained after connecting and disconnecting power sources of the interface boards into the management bus state obtained after hot plugging of the interface boards so as to realize normal working state of the other PHY interface boards.
