The opening-and-closing wheel claw comprises two vertical parallelly-arranged opening-and-closing upright columns (12), opening-and-closing wheels (1) which are located at the inner sides of the two opening-and-closing upright columns (12) and can walk on a wire (7) in a rolling manner after being combined with each other, an opening-and-closing guide device (13) and an opening-and-closing driving device (14) which provides power required by the opening-and-closing guide device (13), wherein the opening-and-closing guide device (13) can drive the two opening-and-closing upright columns (12) to move to the same direction or to opposite directions so that the two opening-and-closing wheels (1) can be combined with each other or separated from each other; and the opening-and-closing wheel claw further comprises pressing wheels (2) which are located below the wire (7) and can be closely attached to the wire (7) and can walk in a rolling manner.
