Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses an online collecting device for a whole surface hyperspectral image of an ellipsoidal fruit. The online collecting device comprises a conveying mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a hyperspectral imaging mechanism. The conveying mechanism comprises rolling wheels, rolling wheel supports and chains with bent plates. The rotating mechanism comprises a nylon tube, a nylon tube central shaft, a coupler and a motor. The hyperspectral imaging mechanism comprises an aluminum rod frame, light shielding cloth, a spectrograph, a lens and a light source. The fruit is conveyed to the hyperspectral imaging mechanism through the conveying mechanism composed of the double rolling wheels and the chains with the bent plates. When the fruit passes through the hyperspectral imaging mechanism, the fruit moves on the conveying mechanism forwards at a constant speed, and meanwhile the ellipsoidal fruit is driven by the rotating mechanism to rotate around the long axis of the fruit, and collecting of the whole surface hyperspectral image is achieved. Due to the hinged design of the tail end of a second supporting rod, circulating work of the conveying mechanism is achieved; meanwhile, in an online scanning imaging mode, online collecting of the whole surface hyperspectral image of the ellipsoidal fruit is achieved, and a new online detection means is provided for follow-up fruit quality detection classification.
