An opening at one end of a main pipeline of a bubbling pipe is horizontally formed in the bottom of an aerobe reaction tank, and extends out of the aerobe reaction tank to be communicated with an air blower; a plurality of micropores with the pore diameter of 0.2 to 200 micron are formed in the walls of a plurality of micropore aerator pipes; the plurality of micropore aerator pipes are communicated with the main pipeline of the bubbling pipe; a water absorption main pipeline is a hollow pipeline of which one end is an opening, and horizontally arranged in the aerobe reaction tank; the opening end of the water absorption main pipeline extends out of the aerobe reaction tank and is communicated with a water suction pump; a plurality of micropores with the pore diameter of 0.2 to 200 micron are formed in the walls of a plurality of hollow micropore ultrafiltration membrane filter pipes; and an opening ends of the hollow micropore ultrafiltration membrane filter pipes are communicated with the water absorption main pipeline. |
