The permanent-magnet barrel comprises a barrel body, and an overhauling opening is formed in the side wall of the barrel body and closed through an overhauling door. The permanent-magnet barrel further comprises a magnetic core which is fixed to the inner surface, facing the interior of the barrel body, of the overhauling door through a connecting part, and a screening net is further connected to the inner surface of the overhauling door through a screening net frame. The cross section of the overhauling door is semicircular. The barrel body comprises an upper opening and a lower opening, wherein the upper opening and the lower opening are connected with a conveying pipeline. A necking ring is connected between the upper opening and the conveying pipeline, the side wall of the necking ring is an inclined wall, and the longitudinal section of the inclined wall is in a big-end-up horn mouth shape. The magnetic core comprises a magnet body, and the magnet body is composed of an upper magnet body and a lower magnet body in a connection mode. The top of the upper magnet body is conical, and the side face of the upper magnet body is a cylindrical face. The top of the lower magnet body is in a step shape composed of circular-ring-shaped slope surfaces, and the side face of the lower magnet body is a cylindrical face.
