Zusammenfassung: | An anti-pollution device for machining detection comprises an optical detection element, a detection probe, a greasy dirt suction device and a dust suction device. The detection probe is arranged at the bottom end of the optical detection element. The greasy dirt suction device is arranged on one side of the optical detection element. The greasy dirt suction device is formed by arranging a greasy dirt air inlet, an inertia coarse filter screen, a high-voltage static module, an active carbon filter screen and a clean air filter port in sequence. The dust suction device is arranged on the other side of the optical detection element. The dust suction device is symmetrical. A corona region is arranged in the middle in the dust suction device. A corona electrode is arranged in the corona region. Dust particles are arranged on the outer side of the corona region. Dust layers are arranged on the two sides of the dust particles. Dust collection electrodes are arranged on the outer sides of the dust layers. The anti-pollution device for machining detection can prevent the phenomenon that a light path is interrupted by dust or greasy dirt produced in the operating process of equipment, improve the operation stability and reduce errors of finished product machining, so economic loss is reduced, and the operation safety of the equipment is also improved. |
