The valve element is designed to be a cavity column body and is vertically arranged in the middle of the valve body. The top of the valve element extends out of the top of the valve body and is provided with an air inlet butt-connecting pipe opening. Air filtering openings which are distributed densely are formed in the middle of the valve element. A water stopping blocking plate perpendicular to the valve element is fixed on the outer wall of the valve element above the air filtering openings. A gap is reserved between the outer edge of the water stopping blocking plate and the pipe wall of the valve body. A water draining valve connector is formed in the bottom of the valve body. An air outlet connector is formed in the pipe wall of the valve body above the water stopping blocking plate. The bottom of the valve body is connected with a residue clearing end cover. A three-stage separating mode of a blocking type, a blocking plate type and a spin-flow type is used, a collision separating principle, a gravity settling principle and a centrifugal separating principle are used, air flow containing water and impurities is purified, the service life of pneumatic tools can be effectively prolonged, production efficiency is improved, and through on-site verification, separating efficiency can reach 99%. |
