Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a solid-liquid two-phase gravity separation tower for stone processing sewage treatment and reuse of reclaimed water. The solid-liquid two-phase gravity separation tower comprises a tank body, a lower cone cylinder body, a mixer, a water inlet pipe, a first buffer cone cylinder and a second buffer cone cylinder. After sewage is mixed, the sewage flows to the first buffer cone cylinder through the water inlet pipe under gravity force and is radially sprayed to the outer surface of the second buffer cone cylinder. The sewage can only be scattered to the surroundings from the outer surface of the second buffer cone cylinder to reduce liquid disturbance. Furthermore, the sewage passes through the interior conical surface of the first buffer cone cylinder and the exterior conical surface of the second buffer cone cylinder so that the contact area with the sewage is increased and the sewage subsides here to increase subside efficiency. Then the sewage flows into the lower cone cylinder body at the bottom of the tank body. The sewage subsides further when passing through the conical surface of the lower cone cylinder body to enable solid and liquid to be separated completely. Sludge is gathered and subsides at the bottom, while water liquid having undergone sedimentation rises gradually in the tank body and is discharged through a clean water outlet pipe finally. Processing efficiency is high, the processing effect is good, the occupied area is small and the surrounding environment can not be affected. |
