The rice washing, separating and conveying device comprises a circulation washing device, a rice and water separating device and a scraper conveying device. The circulation washing device is connected with the rice and water separating device through a movable conveying tube, and a discharging opening of the rice and water separating device is communicated with a feeding hopper of the scraper conveying device.
