Bistable state impulse relay

A bistable state impulse relay comprises a fixed contact and a moving contact disposed inside a housing, an electromagnetic mechanism, a armature with one end being provided with a rotating fulcrum, a push rod connected and linked with the armature, an armature return spring, a ratchet mechanism with a ratchet, and a cam mechanism with an outer-protruding cam and a moving member, wherein rotation of the outer-protruding cam drives the moving member to move and drive the moving contact and the fixed contact to realize on-off switch, suction of the electromagnetic mechanism drives a free end of the armature to rotate around the rotating fulcrum and drives the push rod to move to push the ratchet to rotate by a preset range, and a rotating range of the outer-protruding cam driven by the ratchet is equal to that of the ratchet. An elastic force of the armature return spring drives the free end of the armature to rotate back around the rotating fulcrum, drives the push rod to move back to reset, and the backward movements of the push rod do not impact that state where the ratchet maintains still. The bistable state impulse relay is low in power consumption, simplified in structure, low in cost, and capable of meeting requirements for integration, miniaturization and large scale production.
