The permanent magnetic mechanism-operated medium-voltage dual-power source automatic transfer switching apparatus mainly comprises copper bars, a frame assembly, switch bodies, a switch body supporting frame, a rolling wheel group, a permanent magnetic mechanism assembly, a connecting rod mechanism, a switch state indicating mechanism, a switch body moving contact transmission mechanism, an interlocking mechanism, a hydraulic buffer and a manual switch-off operating mechanism; and three copper bars form a copper bar group and are installed at metal end surfaces of the upper parts of correspondingly switch bodies of power sources at two sides.
