Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a shear pin alarm device. The device comprises a first branch circuit, a second branch circuit, a third branch circuit, a fourth branch circuit and a fifth branch circuit which are connected between a +KM and a -KM of a power supply. The first branch circuit is connected in series with a Y1 connecting point, a Y2 connecting point and a voltage relay KV respectively. Two end connecting points of shear pin annunciators BP1, BP2... BPn-1 and BPn are connected sequentially in serial and then connected to the Y1 and Y2 connecting points. The second branch circuit is connected sequentially in series with a normally open contact KV-1 of the voltage relay KV and a signal relay KS. The third branch circuit is connected sequentially in series with a switch K, a normally closed contact KV-2 of the voltage relay KV and an alarm bell BJ. The fourth branch circuit is formed by serial connection with a normally open contact KS-2 of the signal relay KS and a stop shear pin indicating light HL. The fifth branch circuit is formed by a normally open contact KV-3 of the voltage relay KV and a shear pin normal indicating light HD. An alarm can be sent out in time after the shearing of a shear pin, and the failure of a hydraulic turbine set is avoided. |
