Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a no-pin-mark electric plate testing tool with functions of ID identification and CCD automatic alignment, and the tool comprises a pin disc, a wire coil, a tool connection pedestal, an ID recognizer, and a CCD induction plate, wherein the upper part of the tool connection pedestal serves as an installation plane, and the CCD induction plate is disposed in the installation plane. The wire coil is disposed at the upper part of the tool connection pedestal, and is provided with the pin disc. The ID recognizer is disposed at a side part of the tool connection pedestal, and is connected with the CCD induction plate. The CCD induction plate induces the movement information of the wire coil, and transmits the information to the ID recognizer for storage. The tool irons out the defect that a conventional testing tool cannot carry out the testing because of the deflection of a tested product, achieves the automatic optical alignment of a single particle, improves the testing precision, greatly improves the rate of wrong detection, and can control the rate of wrong detection to be less than 2%. |
