When the moving clamp head and the fixed clamp head are closed, hall elements of the fixed clamp push the moving clamp head iron core into the moving clamp head housing; and under the acting force of the clamp head spring plate, the clearance between the moving clamp head iron core and the hall elements of the fixed clamp head iron core is zero basically, thereby guaranteeing accuracy of the clamp head measurement value.
