An air inlet pipe of the condenser is arranged to carry out air intake in two ends, air enters direct flow pipes for condensation, reverse flow pipes are arranged between the direct flow pipes, the direct flow pipes and the reverse flow pipes are all S-shaped spiral pipes, the other ends of the direct flow pipes are arranged on the wall face of a liquid return pipe, and condensation pipe sets are formed by the direct flow pipes and the reverse flow pipes and arranged in an inverted-V shape. A chiller fan is arranged in the middle, a vacuum suction device is arranged at one end of one reverse flow pipe, the other end of the vacuum suction device is connected with an exhaust pipe, wind power blades are arranged at an outlet of the exhaust pipe, the blades are connected with a generator, a storage battery is connected with one end of the generator, and currents in the storage battery are supplied to be used by the vacuum suction device or the chiller fan after being treated by a transformer.
