The second spring seat is provided with a second protruding component extending out of the surface of the second spring seat. The first spring seat can slide relative to the second spring seat. A spring is installed between the surface of the first spring seat and the surface of the second spring seat. Locking elements are installed on at least one of the first protruding component and the second protruding component.
