The positioning pier comprises a supporting rod, a base plate, a cross rod and a screw rod, the supporting rod is arranged below the base plate, a U-shaped mounting hole with an open end is formed in the base plate, two ends of the cross rod are connected with the supporting rod, the cross rod is horizontally arranged in the middle of the supporting rod, the screw rod is vertically connected onto the cross rod, the axis of the screw rod passes the center of a circle of an arc-shaped edge of the U-shaped mounting hole, a tray is arranged at the upper end of the screw rod, the image tube penetrates the U-shaped mounting hole and is vertically arranged on the upper end face of the tray, uniformly distributed and vertically arranged supporting plates are fixed at the upper end of the base plate, and a positioning bolt perpendicular to the supporting plate and pointing to the center of a circle where the arc-shaped edge of the U-shaped mounting hole is positioned is arranged at the upper end of the supporting plate.
