Zusammenfassung:A C4 hydro-aromatization reactor comprises a cylinder body, a lower sealing head, an upper sealing head and a skirt, wherein a manhole is formed in the top of the upper sealing head; a combined gas distributor is arranged below the manhole, and comprises a pre-distributor and redistributors; an upper ceramic ball layer is arranged at the gaps among the redistributors; a feed pipe arranged on the manhole is welded with the pre-distributor into a whole; the lower sealing head is welded with the bottom of the cylinder body; a collector component and a discharging pipe are arranged at the bottom of the lower sealing head; a lower ceramic ball layer is arranged in the lower sealing head; a catalyst bed layer is arranged between the upper and lower ceramic ball layers; an agent unloading guide cylinder is arranged on one side edge of the lower sealing head; the skirt is butted and welded with the outer side of the lower sealing head. The C4 hydro-aromatization reactor is simple in structure and low in construction cost; the contact degree and contact time of gas and a catalyst in the reactor bed layer are remarkably improved and prolonged; the problems of short circuit and channeling are solved effectively; the conversion rate and yield of the catalyst are efficiently improved; stable reaction control and long-term running of the reactor are realized.
