The device comprises an ozone generator, a cyclone separator, a reactor, a wastewater tank and an alkali cleaning tank, wherein pure oxygen out of an oxygen cylinder enters the ozone generator to generate ozone; ozone and oxygen mixed gas is formed, enters the cyclone separator and is sufficiently contacted with atomized wastewater sprayed from the bottom; after reaction, the mixed gas and the wastewater enter the bottom of the rector together, and ozone is dissolved in the wastewater to form ozone water at the moment. A supported catalyst is stacked in the reactor, an oxidation reaction is performed under the action of the catalyst, organic matters in the wastewater are removed, the treated wastewater flows out of the side surface of the top of the reactor, the mixed gas after reaction is exhausted from the top of the reactor, cleaned by alkali, dried and absorbed and enters the ozone generator with oxygen out of the oxygen cylinder for recycling. The wastewater treatment device adopting catalytic ozonation has the advantages as follows: the reaction speed is high, the treatment cost is low, the removal rate of high concentrated organic wastewater is higher, and the COD (chemical oxygen demand) removal rate can be higher than 90%. |
