A first groove is formed in one end of the pin shaft frame, second pin shaft holes are formed in the sides of the groove, a third groove is formed in the other end of the pin shaft frame, third pin shaft holes are formed in the two sides of the third groove, the axes of the second pin shaft holes and the axes of the third pin shaft holes are parallel in space and are perpendicular to one another, and a penetrating pin shaft hole is formed in one end of the first pin shaft. The inner clamping plate and the outer clamping plate penetrate through the penetrating pin shaft hole, and the penetrating pin shaft hole extends into the first groove and is coaxial with the second pin shaft holes; the other end of the first pin shaft protrudes out of an external clamping plate, the second pin shaft is inserted into the second pin shaft holes and the penetrating pin shaft hole, the third pin shaft is inserted in the third pin shaft holes, and the pin shafts are sleeved with the bush.
