| Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a crawler-type magnetic orientation device and coating equipment. The crawler-type magnetic orientation device comprises a first crawler mechanism and a second crawler mechanism which are arranged in an up-down mode. A heating plate is arranged between the first crawler mechanism and the second crawler mechanism. A gap allowing a printed material to pass through is formed between the heating plate and the first crawler mechanism. The outer side of the first crawler mechanism is provided with first magnetic orientation assemblies. The first magnetic orientation assemblies are connected in an end-to-end mode and surround the first crawler mechanism. The outer side of the second crawler mechanism is provided with second magnetic orientation assemblies, and the second magnetic orientation assemblies are connected in an end-to-end mode and surround the second crawler mechanism. The first crawler mechanism and the second crawler mechanism run in opposite directions and drive the first magnetic orientation assemblies and the second magnetic orientation assemblies respectively to conduct conveying in synchronization with the printed material. The crawler-type magnetic orientation device has the advantages that the working efficiency is high, seamless patterns can be formed on the printed material, and the continuity of the patterns is better. |
