Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses an automatic control device for a hose clamp screw assembling machine. The automatic control device comprises a relay (J1), a breaker (QF), a contactor (KM) and a control switch (SB1); the assembling machine is provided with a normally-closed proximity switch and a normally-open proximity switch which are used for detecting the initial position and the pushing position of a pushing air cylinder; a power input wire is connected with a motor through the breaker (QF) and a contact of the contactor (KM) in sequence, and the control switch (SB1) is connected with a pushing electromagnetic valve in series to be connected with a power source; a coil of the relay (J1) is connected with the normally-closed proximity switch in series to be connected to the two ends of the control switch (SB1) and the pushing electromagnetic valve in parallel; a normally-open contact of the relay (J1) is connected with the coil of the contactor (KM) in series to be connected to the two ends of the control switch and the pushing electromagnetic valve in parallel; an emptying electromagnetic valve and the normally-open proximity switch are connected in series to be connected to the two ends of the control switch (SB1) and the pushing electromagnetic valve in parallel; the position of the pushing air cylinder is judged through the proximity switches, the emptying electromagnetic valve and the motor are driven to enable emptying, pushing and assembling to be matched, automatic control over screw assembling is achieved, the assembling yield is guaranteed, and an operator can be prevented from being injured.
